It isn’t uncommon for those of us who consider ourselves neurodivergent to be called out for being too much because we can’t seem to handle “normal” situations.

Our heightened sensitivity to stimuli may require a shift in perspective—one that aligns with something beyond our physical reality. By recognizing these sensory experiences as a form of communication from spirit, we can begin to see them as more than burdens to manage.
